The Indonesian Immigration Agency has an online pre-arrival application, which can be completed via a government portal operated by the Directorate General of Immigration Ministry of Law and Human Rights. All travellers entering Indonesia are required to complete an All Indonesia Arrival Card. The digital entry card replaces existing health, customs and immigration forms. One declaration per family should be completed at least three days prior to arrival, after which a QR code will be issued. You are advised to save the QR code to a mobile device or print it out ready for arrival. Those arriving without one will be asked to complete the form at the airport and queue again at customs.
