Our bamboo hotels are shaped by the landscapes they inhabit, built with respect for local communities, and guided by a slower, more grounded way of living in Bali. Here, nature is not a backdrop, but part of daily life. Culture is shared through real people and their stories. Hospitality feels personal because it comes from genuine care.

Our story
Bambootel began in a village.
Like many villages across Indonesia, this was a place where younger generations often left in search of opportunity elsewhere, carrying them away from the land and communities that raised them.
We believed there could be another path. One where creating a future should not require leaving behind the places, people, and traditions that shaped us.
What if the world came to the village, instead of the village disappearing into the world? That question became the foundation of Bambootel.
From the beginning, our vision has been larger than a collection of resorts. We set out to create places where nature, culture, and hospitality coexist in balance. Places that create meaningful experiences for guests while supporting local communities, preserving cultural identity, and respecting the landscapes that make each destination unique.
Bamboo has become a natural symbol of that philosophy. It grows with patience. It strengthens quietly. It remains deeply rooted while reaching towards the sky.
